5.0 out of 5 stars It works well if you follow the directions I've read the negative reviews and haven't found them to match my good experience with the painter. I like the edger very much and recommend it with these cautions: You must read the directions and follow them, and you do have to keep the O-ring and spout clean after filling and before remounting the paint pad. That will demonstrate why some people describe paint going where they don't want it. If you release the lever in the wrong order you will eject paint. I always fill the edger aimed down into the paint can and in a coordinated way as described in the directions, so it's never been a problem.
