We did a little updating by spray painting the shutters, replacing the landscaping, adding a window box, painting the garage door, and building a pergola over the garage. Don’t use cheap trim paint. You will not be happy if you do. Cheap trim paints tend to hold more dust and lose their natural sheen sooner.
